Jenn Dewees has spent more than two decades working in and around construction—on job sites, in boardrooms, and everywhere in between. She currently serves as President of MCCEI, a Maryland nonprofit focused on building the next generation of construction professionals. A NAWIC member for 16 years, Jenn is passionate about creating the kinds of opportunities and connections that changed her own career trajectory.
