Spring in construction leadership looks a little different this year — and it’s happening in Lake George.

The NAWIC Northeast Region Spring Forum brings together women and allies from across the region for three days of learning, connection, and industry insight.

Events like this create space for something bigger than a conference agenda. They strengthen relationships across chapters, introduce new perspectives shaping our industry, and remind us that leadership in construction doesn’t happen in isolation.

From conversations on emerging technology to discussions on generational leadership and workforce development, the Spring Forum is designed for women across every stage of their career — from the field to the boardroom.
