Join us for our monthly Coffee & Conversation, a relaxed morning gathering designed to bring women in construction together for meaningful dialogue and relationship-building. Hosted at IBEW's JATC facility, this event offers a behind-the-scenes look at where the next generation of skilled trades professionals are trained - while giving you space to connect with peers across the industry.

Whether you’re a long-time member or new to the NAWIC community, this is a low-pressure opportunity to start the year grounded in shared experience, fresh perspectives, and good conversation - coffee included.

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) represents highly trained electrical professionals across the country and is known for its commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and workforce development. Through its Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committees, the IBEW delivers hands-on, industry-leading education that prepares apprentices and journeyworkers for long, successful careers in the electrical trade. Hosting this event at the JATC offers a unique opportunity to see how skilled trades training directly supports the strength and future of our construction industry.

• Non-Members: $10 registration
